11 The Green is a grade 2 listed property that has recently been refurbished whilst retaining its historic charm. Sleeping 6 people comfortably it offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy its unique location in the heart of the village. Close to all amenities and with the beach just a 5 minute stroll away it is ideally situated for family holidays, with short breaks offered at various times of the year. Pets and children welcome

Facilities include

3 bedrooms – 2 king size at the front of the property overlooking The Green and 1 twin at the back

2 bathrooms – 1 with bath and shower, 1 with shower unit (downstairs)

Kitchen/diner – fridge freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster. Large extendable dining table that seats up to 8 people when extended. TV and small comfortable seating area

Utility – washing machine, ironing board, iron

Lounge – split in to 2 seating areas at the front of the property overlooking The Green. TV, DVD player, Sonos smart speaker for music, games, books.

Outside rear space – table and chairs, retractable washing line

Central heating controlled via Hive

Travel cot, stairgate, high chair and booster seats available for very young children 

Parking is on street around The Green and within Shaldon itself and cannot always be guaranteed. A parking permit for one car is included in bookings and will require the number plate of the vehicle to be shared as part of the arrival confirmation. The permit is for use in either of the 2 pay and display car parks within Shaldon and are subject to the parking restrictions of each car park (one is short stay the other long stay). The 2 pay and display car parks are within a 5-10 minute walk of the property. 

Access is via a key safe process so arrival can be at any time after 4.30pm with departure before or at 10.00am. Full details will be sent to you via e mail 7 days prior to your arrival. Should you need them earlier than this then please ask.
