Our cancellation policy is detailed within our terms and conditions and we further recommend you consider your own travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

Should COVID require as a country we return to lockdown or tier restrictions that prevent travel to our accommodation we will refund your monies or change your dates whichever is your preference. However, as with any illness as we learn to live with COVID we do recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover themselves in the event of any member of the party contracting COVID or having to self isolate that prevents your holiday from taking place when travel restrictions are not in place.

A refundable damage/additional cleaning deposit is taken for each stay. This will be returned to you via BACS within 7 days of your departure once the property has been checked over and any damages/additional cleaning accounted for. 

Shaldon has a Saniflo fitted in the secondary bathroom/cloakroom. We ask that care and attention is paid to the various notices within the property on what can be placed down the sanitary units. Compromising the functioning of the Saniflo units may be taken in to consideration when assessing the return of the deposit.
